“L'albergo si trova a ridosso della strada e pertanto è estremamente rumoroso. Durante il nostro soggiorno erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione dell'intero albergo. Pur di non chiudere per un breve periodo hanno raccolto tutti gli ospiti su tre piani mentre nei piani superiori e inferiori c'era un continuo frastuono per il rifacimento delle camere. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo e' insufficiente.”

“Good clean hotel to staying with basic amenities . Friendly staff, good options offered at free included breakfast. Unusual feature also offered during breakfast is free foot massage ( by blind people) and live flute music , which too is played by a blind person. Extremely grateful to hotel management for providing such opportunities to individual with disabilities. ”

“The room was not clean. The staff were really good and helpful. There were 2 windows 1 was frosted over the other was in the hallway, half frosted and you could see the towers, but you could see people passing by. ”

“Nice hotel at walking distance from Mumbai Central Station. The location is not particularly nice, but the hotel rooms are large, quiet, tidy and with all amenities. The hotel offers kitchen room services and advices for travellers”

“Hotel meraviglioso, paragonabile ad un ottimo 4 stelle, tutto nuovo come da foto. Quartiere centrale ma poco turistico, con pochi centesimi di taxi arriverete nelle zone principali. Il problema sono una parte degli ospiti non occidentali, poco inclini alla buona educazione. Personale gentilissimo. Portatevi il phon che l’hotel ne è completamente sprovvisto. In complesso consigliato.”

“Our stay at this hotel in Mumbai was disappointing overall. The room was very small and not comfortable for a family stay. There was visible mold on the walls, and the towels and bed sheets were extremely old and worn out — which made the stay feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, though service was quite slow.
