Das Personal im Restaurant, vorrangig morgens hat hier aber noch Luft nach oben. Die Mimik der dort tätigen wirkte am ersten Morgen nicht gerade fröhlich. Aber die Qualität des Frühstücks war sehr gut! Auch das Abendessen war qualitativ hervorragend! Einzig die Quantität könnte etwas mehr sein. “The hotel was in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. (Though the church bells do ring starting at about 7am. We had stuff to do each day we were there, so it wasn't bothersome to us...). The family room was fantastic and roomy. Very comfortable stay for the whole family! And the breakfast was great! Het zwembad had wel warmer mogen zijn maar in onze suite hadden we gelukkig een leuk bubbelbad om onze dagen in af te sluiten, enige wat miste op de kamers waren badjassen (om van en naar het zwembad te gaan) en slippers voor diezelfde reden. ”

“Very modern and spacious room. Plenty of space for the family to feel comfortable. Surprisingly modern inside with a fan/light in the main bedroom and comfortable beds in both rooms. Spacious toilet with an amazing shower. The view from the terrace is special overlooking the Moselle river. This area in Germany is a hidden gem. The town itself the hotel is in is beautiful and so is Cochem. Would definitely come again and stay in the same hotel”

“Wir hatten ein sehr schönes langes Familienwochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr freundlicher - und vor allem kinderfreundlicher - Wirt, mit viel Verständnis für ein mässig gut gelauntes Kleinkind. Wir waren am letzten Wochenende der Saison dort, bevor die Unterkunft winterdicht gemacht wurde, konnten jedoch vollen Service geniessen, ohne Abstriche. ”

There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed.
