Hotel vicino a Neighborhood Theatre Main Room - Charlotte

“I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.”

“Barely any amenities. I wouldn't stay here for a real vacation. So much staff training going on during check-in time. It should not take over 20 minutes to check-in to a pre-paid room. Very limited options. Clearly made for a quick 24 hour business trip. Clean rooms though.”

“This hotel is wonderful. The suites are big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff was absolutely incredible. We had never been to Charlotte and the staff helped us navigate the area and the activities around us.”

“The main reason I booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool party on the days I didn’t have business. Upon check-in, I was told the pool was closed until further notice. The staff did try to make it right by offering free breakfast in their member lounge (which was not good). Ultimately, I decided to move to a different hotel with a pool. Then I was charged an early exit fee of $340, even though they agreed to give me a refund for the nights I didn’t stay. Not a great experience.”

“The staff were so welcoming. we were able to check in a bit early and we appreciated that. the room was perfect and i especially loved the balcony i could step out onto for morning coffee. the breakfast was excellent and the waiter was so polite and working hard to make everyone feel attended to during the morning rush. we took a walk around the beautiful neighborhood after breakfast. i would absolutely stay here again.”

“Spatious room equipped with small kitchen; good bed and nice bathroom. Personnel was nice. Location is convenient to city Centre and Restaurants. Free breakfast was very good. No free parking available. ”

“Friday, June 19 Stay My wife and had a wonderful one-night stay at the Hilton! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was excellent — super friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to assist us with directions and getting around the area, which made our short trip much easier and more enjoyable. The only small downside was that breakfast was not included, but everything...

“Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Parking was a nightmare, the parking garage is not suitable for the amount of guests that stay there. The bar closed early and there was no option for food late in the evening even though the lobby was crowded with people after a concert and a few weddings. I would not pay the high price of this hotel for one evening of sleep!”
