  • La posizione - Situato in un luogo fantastico per le vostre prossime vacanze, questo appartamento ben presentato e spazioso, con tre camere da letto, si trova a soli 150 metri (circa) dal bordo delle acque e ha molte caratteristiche tra cui un garage doppio con un posto auto aperto ideale per la barca o il jet sciare!Annidato tra Shoal Bay Beach e Little Beach, con accesso ravvicinato alla cittadina di Nelson Bay, avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta. Goditi le attrezzature per il barbecue sul tuo balcone privato mentre ti rilassi e goditi gli scorci d'acqua sulla Shoal Bay Beach mentre pianifichi quale spiaggia visiterai o pianificherai la tua crociera con avvistamento di delfini o balene. A 5 minuti in auto (circa) da Nelson Bay CBD ea pochi passi da Little Beach trascorrerai le tue giornate immergendoti nella sabbia e nel mare, creando ricordi per tutta la vita.

    L'unità - Questa unità con tre camere da letto offre alloggi confortevoli adatti per una famiglia o un gruppo pi�� grande. Le caratteristiche includono un ampio balcone con vista sul parco, con attrezzature per barbecue e un ambiente esterno. La zona giorno a pianta aperta dispone di una grande TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e ventilatore a soffitto. La cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde conduce al balcone che offre scorci d'acqua e si affaccia sul parco.

    La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bulit in accappatoi e accesso a un bagno privato con doccia, WC e toeletta. La seconda camera ha una serie di letti a castello e la terza ha un letto a castello (doppio fondo e singolo superiore). Il bagno è dotato di vasca, doccia, WC e toeletta. C'è anche una lavanderia interna con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La proprietà ha accesso a un garage doppio e anche uno spazio auto aperto che può anche adattarsi a un rimorchio per barca a un asse.

Stay if you have time to clean

Upon arrival with another family we spent our first 2 hours cleaning the place ourselves. There was dust everywhere. There had been tradesmen in to replace old style curtains with vertical blinds but they did not completely clean up after themselves nor was there a pre clean done by the cleaners. Sawdust/brickdust left in dining area floor, dining table, dining chairs, tv cabinet, coffee table, in both bedroom windowsills and both bunk beds. Not only was there dust but screws and 3 prong metal curtain hooks left on both bedroom floors. There were tiny spiders on main bed, a dead cockroach in the hallway and spider webs in the bathrooms. We called Alloggio and the lady took a message and said that she would contact the cleaning company for us. We did not know what time it would be before we heard back from anyone as it was 4pm Boxing Day. So we got to work ourselves cleaning up the dust and vacuuming the place. In addition to this the glass sliding door to the balcony did not work. 2 hours later the cleaners arrived and they revealed to us that they had last been in the property early October, that they had not been asked to do a pre clean. They also said that balcony door had a jam in the lock. 5 days later we were told by the property manager that the balcony door didn't need a key to open. We simply had to push the door hard up against the frame to release the pressure then undo the latch. The door opened after a few goes. I wish there had been written instructions in the unit so that we didn’t have to wait 5 days to be told. It was a real inconvenience. Upon opening the door we went to check the bbq and it was a disgrace. The outdoor furniture was also very grubby. On our 2nd night we had to take cold showers as there was no hot water in the tank. We were told it was set at a 9:30pm off peak time. Nothing like a cold shower after coming off the beach. Other things: No ladder for the bunk bed made it dangerous for adult or child to get up and get down. We note that there were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms with bunks, probably due to safety however the one pedestal fan available was also too grimy to consider using. We were very disappointed in this place. Overall a very unsatisfactory and unhappy stay. This was our 5th time up to Nelson Bay in the last 6 years and this has to be the most disappointing, particularly in terms of value for money.
