A grassed reserve is the only thing that separates you from the beautiful white sands of Shoal Bay Beach. Recently renovated and refreshed with beautifully presented interiors throughout, this spacious apartment will have you waking up to the smell of fresh air and the sound of waves gently lapping against the shore. Centrally located, you have direct access to Shoal Bay Beach just 60m from your door, and the calm swimming waters at beautiful Little Beach are only a 250m stroll in the other direction. Dine over the water at Little Beach Boathouse or take advantage of the BBQ and picnic facilities on the reserve and take the kids for a play at the playground, then wander on back to your apartment to relax. You're also just 2km from the hive of activity in Nelson Bay, with restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and your choice of aquatic activities from the d'Albora Marina.

This second floor unit provides guests with spacious, light-filled interiors and partial water views from the balcony with an open, leafy outlook. The open plan living room offers contemporary furnishings including a comfy lounge, big screen Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, and a glass dining table, plus huge windows to capture sea breezes. The living space flows out to 2 covered balconies, one off the lounge area with an outdoor setting to enjoy alfresco dining, and the other off the dining area with a gas BBQ and seating. The well-equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave and full size fridge/freezer, affording guests the convenient option of preparing meals in this home away from home.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and balcony access, and the second bedroom offers 2 long single beds that can be pushed together to make one queen bed. (please request when booking)

The bathroom and laundry are combined and offer a shower over a bath, a washing machine and dryer, with a separate toilet. Off-street parking is available for one car - in this fantastic location, you can leave the car there and walk to your choice of the local beaches!

Disappointing

This pictures on the listing do not show this apartment is badly in need of a renovation or refurbish : the bathrooms and kitchen are from the 70s or 80s, including the furnishings. Everything was old and a bit shabby and very poorly appointed: hardly any dishwashing liquid or even toilet paper - everything felt cheap and old and furnished at Vinnies. Price or pictures do not reflect that honestly.

The property is in an excellent location, walking distance to the beach. Apartment is well equipped and well maintained. Only issue is that aircon is only on the living room so the room can be a bit hot at night. Apart from that it is really good property

We arrived at 2pm - unfortunately the room had not been cleaned - we returned 2 hrs later and the room was clean
