• Our prime location on the north side of Hardy Street, just 30 meters from Collingwood St, places you right in the heart of Nelson's vibrant city centre. We're only one block away from Trafalgar Street, where you'll find an array of shops, restaurants, and attractions.

• Within a 5-minute walk, you can explore the historic Nelson Cathedral and its beautiful grounds. Alternatively, take a short walk in the opposite direction to reach the picturesque Queen's Garden and the captivating Suter Gallery.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.



• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Bicycle storage - We provide in-building storage for bicycles & charging facilities for e-bikes.



• City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.



• Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.



• Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.



• Noise in the area - Properties in the central city may experience some evening or weekend noise from nightlife or general city activity. The apartment is well insulated and double-glazed for your comfort.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
