"Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been ..."

"Great hotel where staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service. Restaurant food was delicious. Was only a short visit - wish I had longer to enjoy. Reason for visit was gorilla trek."
