“Walls were thin - our neighbors alarm went off at 6 am and it was loud enough to wake us up. In addition, the coffee served at breakfast was undrinkable - it tasted burnt. ”

“Check in took a while and when we finally got to our room it was not at all as pictured. The floors were so dirty they stained our socks black within minutes. We had 1 body towel and no hand soap. The “breakfast” was cups of cereal and microwaveable oatmeal. Would not recommend at all. ”

“Safe secure functional friendly. Housekeeping and front desk were top flight. Housekeeping found my iPad I left behing. Immediately received a text. Front desk made arrangements to send the iPad to my destination. Honest folks, helpful. I would definitely recommend ”

“If you are looking for clean, comfortable and quiet this is the hotel for you. Walked into to a freshly cleaned scent. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean and fresh. I can't say anything negative about our stay. Would book again without hesitation. ”

“I was on the ground floor and could hear every step in the room above including the floor and ceiling creaking with every step. I do not normally complain, but when you guys give a property a “good” rating and that doesn’t match the experience at all, that’s concerning. ”

“Sheets were not cleaned. No toilet tissue at all !!! No coffee. Not as advertised at all. Lots of broken things inside. ”
