“Clean, refreshed decor, near to town. Would stay again.”

“The only thing it has going for it is the location. The room was gross. Arrived at 10pm and were placed on a 2nd floor despite booking and paying for 1st floor. The room was big, but the beds seemed too small. I went back to the lobby to confirm we were placed into a room with 2 queen beds, and was told "you know how sometimes clothes run small? Maybe these beds run small." I had to walk away to keep from being rude. Since it was already late, we decided to crash. The next morning when we...

“Smells funky but gets the job done :)”

“I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

“The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half...

“We left before breakfast so didn’t try it. Staff was polite. Parking was plentiful. Only problem was no hot water in our room. Didn’t know until we got up the next morning for showers. I told the desk clerk on the way out. A shower would have been great but had to go without. Clerk said that room had just had a plumber out to fix that. May I suggest that someone check to see if what needed to be fixed is actually fixed. ”
