Hotel a Neuhauser

“Das Familienzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Skipisten sind nicht weit entfernt. Alles super. ”

“The ‘business’ room was well decorated and had an abundance of kitchen implements. The main bed was clean and comfy but the sofa bed was not. Beware very low (1.7m?) doorways into the apartment itself and into the bathroom. And the city view is of the patio table and fence. Parking was fine, the walk into the old city about 10 minutes.”

“Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. One lday was ln the phone speaking faster than a F1, while the other said she was really busy and pointed us to their restaurant. We decided to take again the car and go for a trip. When we returned at 6pm the desk was unattended with only message showing a...

“Alles tip top, Verständigung gar kein Problem, Frühstück super, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer ist top, wirkte sehr sauber allerdings war es an einigen Stellen echt ekelig schmutzig (neben der couch an der wand, darunter, unter sitzbank im flur) und die Kaffeemaschine kann man nicht nutzen da der Wasserbehälter scheinbar nie geleert und gereinigt wurde, riecht wie ein Tümpel.. ”

“Wir waren etwas zu früh, durften das Zimmer aber schon beziehen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles sauber und nett vorbereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Elbwiesen, die zum Spaziergang einladen, auch das Blaue Wunder ist mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Lärm aber draußen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.”
