“I booked 2 rooms. My business partner arrived on time but I was hours behind due to mechanical issues. I arrived at 3 am. I had already paid in full for both rooms and the hotel would not let me check in or refund me. Again these rooms were already paid for so the hotel canceled my reservation for late check in...kept the money...and rented the room to someone else. “La recepcionista se porto mal, al preguntarle por cosas que necesitaba para un cafe como alas 6:20 que el desayuno era asta las 6:30 cuando en la malloria de los hoteles es alas 6,junto con la señora que trabaja en el aria de desayuno no me kisieron dar lo que necesitava,”

“Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done promptly. In terms of safety, for the most part was pretty safe but the side doors were left unlocked (did not need a key card to enter) for most of the day not sure about night. If I was on the ground floor, I would definitely be a little uncomfortable. Overall, a good affordable stay!”
