“Room was great, spacious, and clean. The housekeeping staff (especially Isabella) was superb and very friendly. The front desk staff was not great. Whenever we had questions or asked for items for our room, it was either answered with an attitude or a roll of the eye. The pool was freezing and apparently we were supposed to tell the staff 4 hours prior that we wanted to use it so it would be warm enough to use. “Breakfast was fresh and warm”

“I stay in this area often and I wanted to try a different hotel. There’s a little cheaper than the one I normally stay at. I don’t even think for the prize I would stay here again. The bed was so hard that it probably would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the floor and their AC does not stay on so in other words we got no sleep while we were there cause the bed was so hard and the air would cut off for a really long time. The fan would never stay running. I would not stay here again. ”

“Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. ”

“All was great except breakfast was not ready as they said at 600. At 900 not fully ready. No waffles no oatmeal. Had to wait because I don’t like eggs and sausage and all the other available food. ”
