“Their hot tub was broken when we went and I booked it specifically for my son to be able to recover after basketball games in their hot tub. The pool was also not the cleanest. But the rooms were very clean and the staff was kind! Breakfast was decent and I like that the hotel was close to so many things.”

“The staff were professional and friendly. The room was crisp, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the wine refrigerator to keep my beverages and leftovers cold. The hotel had an executive feel and nice bar for relaxation and light dinner. I didn’t use the dining room or pool. This hotel was very close to the hospital which was very convenient for me. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

“When walking into room, we noticed how dirty the bathroom floor was. It looked a bm had been tracked throughout the bath and entry. The carpet need to be vacuumed. The bedding didnt look clean. The bathtub was not clean. Staff moved us to another room. However,that room smelled like sewage. At 71 i need lots of light. With bedside lights it was not near enough. I wont stay there again.”

“I booked a mobiliy assessable king with a sofa bed. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. THE BATH WAS NOT HANDICAP ASSESSABLE. I certainly not stay there again. I will report this room to the ADA.”
