“They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night”

“The whole place was a mess to be associated with him. I was amazed that it was such a dump when I talked to Expedia they assured me they had a pool, etc. we get there. There’s no water in the pool. It was just an all-around poor experience I won’t ever stay at a super eight again”

“Everything was great! The only issue we had was I could not get the body wash dispenser in the shower to work. Everything else worked great! I did not report it because I was leaving immediately after I discovered it.”

“If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!”

“Our experience staying at this hotel was worst part of our trip. First there was a mix up on our reservations and the “trainee” check in person had no idea what he was doing and unable to help so he called the manager who was not only unwilling to accommodate but was very aggressive on the phone to point that he was yelling. Second the walls are very thin and you can hear the people three rooms down. Third, the pillows were hard as rocks and the best was that the toilet paper holder only had one...

“Baseboards in bathroom were partially missing, bath tub plug would not close or move, was stuck open. Room was not really super clean, found a previous patrons sock between night stand and wall. Air Conditioner wouldn’t stay on overnight making it hot.”

“This hotel definitely looks better in the photos than in person. There was a smell of weed in the hallway. The linens were clean on the bed, and that is what was most important to me. However, the knob for the shower was broken, and there were lots of other things that needed repair. It was a safe place to stay, and it was quiet.”
