“If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!”

“Our experience staying at this hotel was worst part of our trip. First there was a mix up on our reservations and the “trainee” check in person had no idea what he was doing and unable to help so he called the manager who was not only unwilling to accommodate but was very aggressive on the phone to point that he was yelling.
