“Loud. Poor sound insulation, people talking in the hallway sounded like they were in your room. The door was not flush with the carpet so light from the hallway lit the room all night. The A/C was great, the staff were great”

“Their hot tub was broken when we went and I booked it specifically for my son to be able to recover after basketball games in their hot tub. The pool was also not the cleanest. But the rooms were very clean and the staff was kind! Breakfast was decent and I like that the hotel was close to so many things.”

“Didn't like what sounded like pipes banging between the walls that began around 1:39 and continued throughout the night/morning. Made for a sleepless night.”

“The staff were professional and friendly. The room was crisp, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the wine refrigerator to keep my beverages and leftovers cold. The hotel had an executive feel and nice bar for relaxation and light dinner. I didn’t use the dining room or pool. This hotel was very close to the hospital which was very convenient for me. Would highly recommend this hotel.”
