“I stayed for six nights and paid full price each night, yet my room was not cleaned once and my towels were never replaced. When I raised this with staff, I was told housekeeping is only done after checkout. There was also no air conditioning or heating, and the rooms became extremely cold at night. This is unacceptable given the nightly rate. Very disappointing experience.”

“The property is really good. The pool and hot tub are very clean even though old. The rooms very surprisingly renovated modern and very clean. The bathroom was clean and well maintained but you could say it was an old built. The only problem I realistically faced was the phone and hair dryer weren't working. The single bed kept moving too.”

“What a wonderful place to holiday. My husband and I took our two grandchildren to Reflections Urunga for a few days and we all absolutely loved it. From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out, everything was perfect. The location is just superb, with a beautiful boardwalk out over the lagoon, across the river to the ocean. “There are a lot of little things wrong like washing machine broken, hot water not in all showers but the staff are very helpful and the location to everywhere regardless of how you are travelling is fabulous If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs I will file it under my cheap and cheerful category for future reference FYI, no lift so pack lightly”
