“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city. ”

“The accommodations were excellent! Within walking distance of Target for any supplies needed. Ubering was easy from this location, too. Communications regarding VRBO was easy and met with kindness and understanding. ”

“Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great. “Stayed here as it was close to the stadium as we were in town to see Steelers/Bills game. Excellent spot that has plenty within walking distance for food/entertainment. We ubered everywhere so we didn't have to mess with parking. Apartment itself was very clean and nice. The bathroom is located on 2nd floor so more of a nuisance for whoever stays on the first floor bedroom. And there was no central living room so to speak to watch TV together. Both bedrooms have nice TVs but not really set up...

“This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....
