“The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided including coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning products, linens, towels, etc. Washer, dryer, oven/stove(gas) were modern, efficient, and easy to operate. “The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The broiler drawer of the stove was filthy and unusable. The toilet base was moldy, and behind most doors were months of neglected dust. The small tan loveseat in the living room was so stained that we did not sit on it. Pictures were sent to the host who offered to send in a cleaning crew during our stay but refused to make a price adjustment for the dirty apartment that we found. “We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment.”
