“This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

“Loved the design/decor! Would definitely recommend but be aware that its a third floor walk up with narrow stairwells so it wouldn't be good for a guest with mobility issues.”

“We LOVED our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The property managers were timely in their communication. The location is central to U Pitt, Carnegie Melon, Shady Side, and downtown. The unit was clean and modern, and allowed our family of four to spread out during our stay- a must when traveling with two teenagers! The unit felt safe and secure, and we took advantage of the parking garage for ease of parking. We highly recommend this rental unit and would absolutely stay there...

“It was a comfortable place. It had everything we needed, and it was not too far from the Phipps Botanical Gardens and the Carnigie Museum of Art. Near the Airbb was a great coffee shop (literally across the street) and an Aldi for charcuterie items. ”

The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go to spend time with our son at Pitt during family weekend. We would definitely stay there again. The fancy commode with the heated seat was an added benefit, and we loved the history of Luna Park on the walls in the hallway. ”
