“To start off I would like to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the front desk staff at this hotel was so incredibly rude to its guests. The way they talked to people who asked questions was something I had never heard from front desk staff before. The hotel may have been a smoking hotel at one point as the remnants of old smoke remained in the rooms and the lobby area. “We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. She contacted expedia and did what she was supposed to do but Expedia has dropped the ball saying a refund has been issued when it has not. The lack of housekeeping issue is why I...

“Very clean very quiet large rooms”

“They need to fix their key cards I don’t know how many times I had to go down to the lobby to get them to fix my keys and my friend’s keys who stayed in a different room. Other than that nice!”

“$5.35 for a Twix bar when you have a C-store across the street is absolutely ridiculous! That’s price gouging. Doesn’t have a business center with at least 1 computer and printer for travelers who may need access. ”

“Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler. The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out.”

“A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym.”
