“The hotel is dated as seen from the outside and from the state of our room which was not well cared: the tub was stained as was the shower curtain, and the vanity was all scratched up and shoddy looking. I didn’t have any confidence in the cleanliness of the rest of the room as a result.”

“Pull out couch was urinated on. Spoke to front desk and said they would look into it but never heard back.”

“Couple things damaged in room. Lobby coffee would be nice. Only valet not great.”

“In most hotel stays, our family of four needs at least one set of towels for our room and this one did, too. However, they were on it and as soon as we were able to get into our room, they delivered. Our whole stay was excellent. It's close to the airport but you are not kept awake with the arrival and departure of planes all hours of the day. The room and hotel were amazingly clean. This is a great place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh!”
