“La mia permanenza in questo hotel non è stata soddisfacente. Il personale della reception non era gentile ne’ disponibile. Le chiavi elettroniche non funzionavano bene e abbiamo dovute sostituirle più volte. La struttura non è bella e non è tenuta bene. Le stanze sono discrete, abbastanza grandi con spazio per valigie ed effetti personali, c’è una vista carina sul porto. La posizione è oggettivamente molto centrale e strategica per visitare Newport. “Great location. Great staff! Very convenient if you’re coming with the car as a big car park available ( payment) The hotel just need some room renovations. Unfortunately the wi-fi was not working well so that’s something that could be solved easily. ”

“Charles, at the front desk, welcomed me in with great energy and made me feel right at home. Travel themed interior design was cool and a nice upgrade from the typical airport hotel; my gf would describe it as “cute.” The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thermostat worked flawlessly. Water pressure and high-end pump action soaps in the shower were on point. Will definitely be back!”
