“We loved the look of the property and the rooms. There was a lot of character in the rooms, decorated with furniture from the colonial time period, yet up to date in modern conveniences. We stayed in the king suite in the Chamberline House. It was like our own apartment. Restaurants on site were good and the breakfast provided by the bake shop was a nice treat. “Woke up in the morning with water leaking through the ceiling, flooding my room and making it unusable. I notified the front desk person and asked for a rebate on the price I paid for the room, but they refused and offered no other useful redress. Also, the included breakfast was probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. Overall, an absolutely dismal experience. These people don't care about their guests. Avoid.”
