“We booked waterfront premium hotel room and stay at Boston Warf Hotel for special family occasion on April 28 and 29th, 2026. We were provided a room which was next to internal hotel room under construction with heavy noise. The front desk and my complaint to the GM went with no corrective measures, rather they applied intimidation tactics and asked us to vacate the premises the next morning within 1.5hrs of our complaining.
