“Great location, 20 min drive Southampton and from New Forest for walks. Lovely old pub, beautifully clean and welcoming. We ate in the garden and enjoyed our Caesar salad and burgers. Accommodation is in separate thatched building to one side of the pub and was quiet. Twin room (2 single beds) was huge with large walk-in shower. Breakfast cooked to order plus cereals, pastries etc on buffet. Coffee brought to our table. Staff all friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Only slight negative was...

Ma il water ricavato in uno spazio minuscolo e angusto è assurdo. Colazione appena sufficiente e quasi limitata all'essenziale. Al prezzo di € 170 a notte mi sarei aspettato molto di più. “Good location to ports and restaurants. Only 1 elevator working so it was difficult for everyone to get up and down and we had a handicap person with us. We usually had to take the stairs because of this. Our room was very basic.”
