Early Check-In:



Due to the extended cleaning and sanitizing processes, units are typically not ready before the check-in time, but we do often have availability to offer early access to your parking spot. If you require an early check-in, please let us know so we can check our availability. There is a $50 early check-in fee that is passed onto our cleaners for having to work extra hard to turn the property in a shorter span of time.



Covid-19 update:



Our cleaning team has implemented a rigorous sanitization process prior to each guest’s arrival and is focused on disinfecting all public surfaces. Additionally, we are focused on disinfecting all shared building areas such as door handles, railings, and common areas



Casa Dorada has been curated by a local interior designer with a selection of our favorite brands and products. Our goal was to create a funky experience in which guests can interact with products in a different way and it can provide those traveling to feel a fun vibe and young vibe when in town!

Getting Around:

Car: By utilizing a car, you are always just a few minutes away from all New Haven’s top spots.



Walk: Walking, especially during the warmer months, can also be a convenient and enjoyable way to explore New Haven. We are centrally located, which allows you to take a quick walk to many attractions in New Haven.



Train: If you’re looking to go into NYC, then the train will your best option. We are a 5-minute drive to Union Station where you can catch the Amtrak, Metro North, or Acela Train to the Big Apple.



Other Things to Note:

We work hard to avoid hiccups, but as humans, hiccups happen. We encourage all guests to let us know if there is anything that needs attention so that we can assist in a timely manner, to the best of our ability. Please report any damage found upon check-in. After the fact doesn't help much. We have a hard enough time remembering what we ate for breakfast. (We mean that in the nicest way possible)



IMPORTANT: We can't control the behavior of others. We will not assume any liabilities for injuries. Please exercise extreme self-preservation



Our parking and walking areas are equipped with motion-sensor lighting and security cameras are located throughout the premises of the property.



Keypad: Tap the numbers of your accommodation to enter into the premise.

Lock: To lock the door, tap the button on the bottom right of the keypad. You will hear the noise of the lock moving to confirm it has been opened.



Please be respectful of all other guests that are on the premise.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be able to message us through the platform or give us a call at anytime! Please please call us if you don't hear from us within 30 minutes. There is a chance the notification got silenced and we didn't see it come through our phones! You will have private access to your accommodations through keypad access. No keys to lose!
