- Pets up to 50 lbs are welcome. Pets must be added to the reservation before arrival, and we ask that you let us know the breed

- Early check-in at 2:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM are available for 50 USD, subject to availability

- Mailbox access is not available. If you plan to receive packages during your stay, please schedule deliveries accordingly

- Before arrival, all guests must complete our online check-in, including uploading a valid government-issued ID, submitting a selfie for verification, and signing the rental agreement
No Smoking inside the unit - $250 charge for any violations
