“Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only part was not great is the pool needs up dated repaired. And slope inside of pool needs to be marked.”

“Overall not a bad stay, breakfast was okay. However the smoking policy needs inforced, constant smell of weed on the 4th flood and people smoking by side entrance doors. Cigs and weed. Also kinda loud at night. Room was clean and very welcoming. ”

“Locks wouldn’t open on doors. Switched to another room but could definitely smell the cigarette smoke from previous tenant. Music was blasting from 4:30am to 6:30 am”

“Perfect space for our family. Excellent communication regarding Pitt Marathon Weekend allowed us to plan our activities. Easy walk to Acrisure Stadium and north shore restaurants. Beautiful views of the city.”

“The staff was exceptional. The personnel touch to every interaction was great. I had screwed up and needed to quickly find a store open, they assisted me and helped me solve my mistake efficiently, professionally and warmly. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”
