“Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. ”

“All'arrivo troviamo moglie e figlio del gestore che dormono accampati su un divano della reception con tanto di piumone. Chiediamo una stanza non fumatori e ce ne danno una che puzza come una ciminiera. Quando alla fine, dopo un check in particolarmente lungo e laborioso, entriamo, lo spettacolo è agghiacciante. “This place is terrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to. I got bitten by bed bugs that were laying in worth of five minutes. The place was really dirty and made me itchy. The bed sheets were stained and ripped. Hornets nest in the stairway. You don’t even get your money’s worth. Don’t come here ever!”
