“While it is pet friendly, this holiday inn in Hazlet is basic. I would say it’s a utilitarian”

“Paid extra for a room with two beds.even though i confirmed the reservation the day before. When i checked in ,they said that they gave my room to sombody else the night before. I was told i could have a one bed room or cancel my reservation. Expedia was no help. So i paid for two beds and got one for two grown men”

“The hallway is under construction and it was a terrible mess! The air conditioner blows in your face, next to the bed. Pillows are not clean. The breakfast was very good. ”

“The most horrible experience we had in our life. Ashes on the ground. Smell was horrible in the room. A couple was naked and performing the act while their window was open. They saw us and continued anyway. We had to leave and take another hotel instead. Don’t go. Please don’t go.”

“There wasn’t a pool cause apparently they just cleaned it and they needed inspection. No breakfast included.”

“Very nice clean room. Nice size and comfortable for our family of 5. Very modern bathroom. Breakfast buffet was great complete with pancake and waffle iron.”

“We paid extra for the kitchenette room, so we were a bit surprised to find the cabinets and drawers completely empty when we arrived. There was information in the room indicating that the front desk could provide kitchen supplies and utensils, but it took some time for them to locate everything we needed. Fortunately, we were able to get the items later, and everything worked out. Aside from that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.”
