“Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, pillows and mattress comfy. Even the breakfast was far better than the typical faire.”

“The hallway is under construction and it was a terrible mess! The air conditioner blows in your face, next to the bed. Pillows are not clean. The breakfast was very good. ”

“Had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes for the room because of a “housekeeping incident,” coffee was not ready in the morning, then there was no milk when coffee was ready. Key malfunctioned and could not get into the room at midnight, and despite a res for four people there were two towels. Needs work. ”

“The staff was very friendly especially the girl that checked us in. She was a delite. The room was not what we were expecting especially for the price. I couldn't take a shower the bathtub was very dirty. Someone in the next room was smoking in the middle of the night and the cigarette smell seeped into our room which woke me up and couldn't go back to sleep. It wasn't good for us so won't be coming back.”

“I realize that things need maintenace from time to time. however if someone books a stay it should be noted that some of the amenities are down for maintenance. The pool and hot tub are big items that draw people to the facility. The maintenance should only take a day, not the whole weekend! The WiFi was horrible at best. I was better off using my phone! Thebeds and pillows were not what I'd expect from a highly rated hotel!! The carpet in the hallways looked as if it needed replacing years...

“The motel was an older one that the current owners did not bother to upgrade the rooms. The room & bathroom had damaged walls, stains on the walls and tiles, areas where something on the walls or furniture was either removed or broken but never replaced or repaired. The room phone was not plugged nor worked when I plugged it in to the wall phone jack. I arrived too late to check and find other accommodations. I did not know the area.
