Chalet in New Mexico

“This was/is our favorite house in Cloudcroft and over the 50 years we’ve been visiting, we’ve stayed in 25 houses.We really enjoy the layout of the house and the porches. Of course the location gives you a view of the beauty of Cloudcroft and a love for the wildlife the surrounding forest protects. Norman is excellent and responded quickly to help us in enjoying our stay.”

Their property is truly magical! We made sure to stay put for a day so we could enjoy the many cozy spots outside. We loved the swings, the hot tub, the rooftop patio for lunch and the second rooftop patio for sunset, all with a mountain backdrop and wind chime soundtrack. “We went to ski, and it was so easy to get to the lift. The house was as described, and Julie was always available to answer questions. We need a bigger place next year, or I would book again right now. The pots and pans were the best I have ever seen in a rental. I highly recommend this property.”

“We had a wonderful time in the "Chalet". The cabin was quite roomy, especially so in the bedrooms (2 master bedrooms!) and the great room. The views from the porch were spectacular, particular watching the sunrise every morning over the mountains across the valley. Our host was both quite thoughtful in her concern that we have all we needed and quite prompt in answering any question we had. We were mightily impressed and hope to return here next summer! ”
