Hotel vicino a New Mexico Veterans’ Memorial - Albuquerque

“After being recommended this establishment as a room to rent with no deposit, the front desk agent repeatedly tried to force me to pay a deposit at check-in until the manager heard me say I'd paid in advance for this room BECAUSE there was no deposit.”

“When I reserved the room on 6/14 my Expedia receipt showed that I paid. This morning the couple checking me out said that I still needed to pay. Did I get double charged?”

“The room was filthy! I have no idea what the maids get paid for because it was not clean! I had to buy cleaning product and febreeze to fill a little more comfortable.”

“The hallways rug was nasty and besides the bad stains they did not vacune clean it. At the end of a hallway on my room’s side there was a wide debri area. Also, the room was not clean a couple of days even when the sign was left at the door. The outside of the hotel was dirty, not cared. I had to change the original room as the A/C was not working properly and in the room Inqas switched to did not have a mini fridge or micro. One night I went to the front desk to request something, the clerk was...

“My family were traveling for 12 days and this was our last stop before heading home to Philadelphia. My daughter and 8?year old granddaughter were traveling with us The room was very nice for the four of us utilizing 2 queen size beds . The pool was used and enjoyed . Breakfast was a bonus for us . It helped having it right there. The staff was wonderful and helped and made omelets in the morning. Everything was super clean I want to say thank you everyone for their service and support.”
