“There was a 3x12 patch of black mold on the wall beside the shower. The first day they scrubbed it but did not do any intense cleaning to treat it. I complained several times to no avail. Could never speak to a manager. Never showed concern. Never staying there again! FYI, a hot breakfast is only waffles. No proteins!”
