Hotel a New Paris

“We stayed here overnight during a cross country road trip. We chose the property mostly based on location and proximity to our route. It was darling! We chose a double queen room, and it was super spacious and immaculately clean. Communicating with the owners to arrange late check in was easy and effective!”

“When we got to the hotel everything seem to be new and super clean, until we got to our room which honestly was really clean except for a used face towel and left over fruit in the fridge! Honestly it looked as if someone just went in used that towel left the fruit in the fridge and then left, So, we went back to reception and I explained the situation, the guy was truly shocked and apologetic and he proceeded to upgrade us to a bigger room, every was clean!”

“My Expedia reservation was not honored.”

“Hot water would’ve been nice without being charged an extra 70”

“Beds are very comfortable. Towels are good quality.”

“The only thing cleanliness I have to complain about is the shower still had soap scum on the base of the shower floor when I stepped in it. I could feel how slick the floor was from. Where either soap scum was left or cleaning agent was left on the floor of the shower. Also, the maintenance man needs to go around, fixing a lot of cracks and caulking that are peeling”

“Unexpected $50 cash deposit required to get your key. It’s to guarantee no smoking. I understand but it should be clarified beforehand. There was what sounded like a violent fight upstairs. Domestic it sounded like. I just wanted to sleep after driving 7 hours, but I couldn’t ignore the apparent assault. I did call and the owner was notified. After happening intermittently for about 1 1/2 hours, it ended. I was grateful. Hope the people get help.”

“The fridge didn’t work no matter what you tuned it to bed was comfy ”

“The entry door to the outside near our room was malfunctioning and at times you couldn’t get out ”

“This property has one employee working all night. Marie checked us in. When we got to our room it was dirty and had not been prepared for our arrival. Marie had to come and clean our room. She had to run back and forth from the fourth floor to the front desk 3 times to check people in and clean our room. On top of that we were given a King room when we made reservations months in advance for a two queen beds room. Marie deserves a raise and the property manager needs to rethink their staffing...

“Bathroom was real dirty. Had hair in the tub didn’t look like it was ever cleaned.”

“This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid.”

“The staff was helpful, friendly and polite. The property could use some TLC. Overall, satisfied with my stay.”
