Blue Haven on Belt is a traditional Kiwi bach, perfect for family gatherings. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen for all your holiday cooking needs, a dining space, and a relaxing lounge area. Large sliders open wide to the lawn, offering unobstructed sea views and allowing the refreshing salt air to flow directly into the bach. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel completely relaxed in this space.

The purpose-built outdoor area maximizes the ocean outlook, letting you watch the children play on the rope swing while you cook a family BBQ. This outdoor area is truly magical and a rare find.

On the ground level there is two bedrooms and a bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Head upstairs to the large master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, couch, tv and outdoor balcony and more breathtaking sea views. An additional bedroom with another comfortable queen bed and a second bathroom. Additional features include WiFi, Laundry Facilities, Two Smart TV with Netflix's. Plenty of on street parking. No off street parking available.

Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Bookings which exceed 10 days will incur an extra mid term cleaning and linen fee at cost to guest every seven days.

Strictly no parties or gatherings. Booking person to be 25 years and over.
