“The hotel felt a bit dated, but the lady we checked in with was super helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The Internet was easy to access. I was grateful for the shampoo, conditioner, mini fridge, hairdryer and coffee maker. It was a nice stay.”

“This property is simply not well maintained and basic room preparation is not adequate. The bathroom had not been cleaned, the towels were not folded, made us think they had been used. The lobby smelled like marijuana and we witnessed more than one "transaction" occurring in the parking lot. Much of the clientele seemed to be rehabilitating and possibly transitioning back into the mainstream and that is fine. We need properties for that purpose. What I can't do is recommend to out of town...

“Room was clean. Parking was good. Bed was not comfortable at all and the chair was hard to sit on. ”

“Stayed in a King Suite with 3 adults and a dog. Plenty of room. The eggs at breakfast tasted like powdered eggs, but everything else was good. Coffee was WAY too hot. Needed to double cup or you couldn't hold it. Property was sandwiched between the interstate (our room was on that side, so traffic noise throughout the night) and a Meijer which made getting snacks, light lunch ingredients easy.”

“There's nothing unique with the property. When we got in, the toiletries pump were not working fine. Told the stuff, he came right away to fix it.”

“The AC was loud and it sounded like someone was pounding on the door all night. The room was not clean and had to wait for 20 minutes for staff to come to the desk and they said they apologize but they were trying to someone else’s job as well. ”
