“La stanza era a posto ed abbastanza confortevole. Non considero il tipo di riscaldamento quello più pratico. Ma bisogna considerare che è quello largamente diffuso negli USA. ”

“Staff was kind and helpful on all shifts. Only entrance was in the parking lot and consisted of extremely steep steps, almost impossible for elders and persons with arthritis. Bed was too high and difficult to lay on due to metal coils poking your body. No drawers and no hanging closets for women’s dresses. No information on restaurants, parks, or events, or even instructions for the tv. Overall, not satisfactory but expensive.”

“I recently stayed over night and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, roomy and supplied with tooth brushes and shampoo conditioner and body wash. The shower was amazing, a rain shower with great water pressure. They have a private parking lot which gets full but never had an issue with parking. I felt safe and I need a place that I can feel safe that my son will be staying at when he visits ny regularly. I will definitely be back as well. The staff was all very friendly and...

“I like the newly renovated looks of the bathroom even though I didn't use it, the receptionist was a professional and courteous. I loved the 65inch TV on the wall. I hated the neighborhood so bad, the room SMELLED so bad that my wife started getting sick 3mins as we entered the room. No iron, No microwave. the reservation was nonrefundable, but I was willing to let go that expensive cost and started looking for a different hotel right away. “I’ve stayed there previously; however this time I was assigned room 219D. (Never seen a room there with a letter after the room number). My scheduled flight was canceled, and I arrived at 1:00 AM, too tired to request a room change. The room was tiny, a “broom closet”, very disappointing.”

“This place was much cleaner when it first opened. Now the rooms are in need of mor attention. Sheets had holes in them towels was very dingy a white towel looked beige, had hair on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Chair in the room stained. This place can definitely use some TLC.”
