“Room was well designed and very clean. The included breakfast was well. Gym at the hotel is average and typical for a hotel like this one. Dumbbells only go up to 50lbs. Staff is super friendly and the whole check-in and checkout experience was good overall. Option to request services if desired. Would recommend this hotel for long and short stays. ”

The wallpaper is peeling off the wall in the bathroom and the back window doesn’t lock. As I settle for the night, I realize that it’s getting cold and try to set up the heater only to realize the little heater under the bathroom counter is the only one working which is not enough for the room. “I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...
