“Location is convenient. Beds are decent. Some staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We were staying one week and needed to work on our laptop and requested an extra chair in our room. The immediate response was unfriendly and a hard “no.” Decor is cold and uninviting (cold grey paint). Painting over mouldy caulking and mouldy paint is just lipstick on a pig.”

“The owner is Amazing! She is so accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts were fantastic in the gazebo. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet. I’d definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.”

“An absolutely perfect place to stay in the Newmarket area! Gorgeous decor, attentive staff, we just loved it! Highly highly recommend going to the restaurant on the third floor for dinner! The food is incredible. The view is even more incredible! Breakfast was full of flavour and healthy portions! I can’t say enough about this place. Thank you!”

“Very nice and quiet environment and clean property. Staff was great and breakfast was good. My only suggestion is to provide a power source beside the bed for easy phone and laptop charging . I had to leave my phone beside the tv to charge. I dot know about other rooms but that’s the only thing lacking in the room I was in. Besides that , every other thing was great.”

“Anche se un po’ lontano dalla città, questo residence dell’università, ci é piaciuto per l’appartamento spazioso e la pulizia. Anche se spartano negli arredamenti era ben tenuto e piacevole. Immerso nella natura è comunque servito dai mezzi pubblici. Alla reception la ragazza era gentilissima.”
