“Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open...

“Everything was exceptional, the house, the communication, the host, etc. The house is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. It was immaculate and you can tell the host put a lot of thought on details (games, snacks, plenty of towels stored in a beautiful antique piece of furniture, portable heater we used in the bathroom ). Will definitely rent again. ”

“We loved the cottage and location. Description was accurate and provided a perfect launch site for days of driving the start of the Hill Country. We would stay again.Issues surrounding the cleaning team and how the cottage was on arrival. Trash in front of the house greeted us along with other issues which I feel can be addressed by the property mgt team. They did try to address some issues the following day - we had already departed for the day and not there to allow entry. ”

“The townhome was perfect for a weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood and was close to local shops and eateries. Communication with host was always timely and professional and was available at any time if needed. House was equipped with board games and tv for entertainment. Would recommend for anyone needing a nice place to stay and is family friendly!”
