Terrible experience - We did not stay because place was unbearably hot and the bedding situation is not as advertised. The owner was very combative and also did not provide a refund. I don't have enough characters to provide all details.1.) In my original text to them, I let them know 3 of us would be there. They sent us this text prior to arrival "Please do not allow any unauthorized individuals to enter the apartment. If anyone rings the bell or knocks on the door, kindly ignore it. Additionally, if outsiders or neighborsinquire about your booking or stay, please refrain from discussing it. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT ON-SITE LEASING OFFICE. ONLY CONTACT ME FOR HELP."This was a weird text to receive and the unit is illegal for short-term rentals. After I received this text, I noticed I had only put 2 on the reservation so out of courtesy, I reminded them we had 3 people coming. She then said I had to pay an extra 70/night for third person! I unfortunately paid it but shouldn't have.2.) The room as unbearably hot - 85 degrees. There is a small window AC unit in the bedroom and the solid bedframe is right in front of it so air can't get into the room like it should. There is no way the unit was going to cool the bedroom let alone the living room outside the bedroom.3.) The "double sofa-bed" is a small couch that doesn't fold out and can only sleep a small child. I was there with my two sons and we are above average in height. We had counted on a third bed.
