The property was exactly what I expected. The first night music was playing from the neighbor behind us that was extremely loud until 2:45 am. This wasn’t a huge issue for us because we were up late. But I could see how this would be an issue for other guests. Would stay again.

The property was extremely conveniently located to where I needed to be. When we arrived at the property we had major issues getting in because the door lock was damaged and the cold was not working. We contacted the host numerous times. It did take him a while to get back to us. Garbage from previous guests were piled up in the backyard that I sent them pictures of. I also sent them pictures of the broken door lock. There were no washcloths only towels. There was no microwave oven which I've never seen in rental property. The sink in the master bedroom was clogged we didn't even complain. We just dealt with it. Thank you for the bag of ice in the freezer. It really helped out. The driveway was extremely helpful fitting two to three vehicles. The rooms do need a little more furniture like some nightstands to put your belongings. The beds were extremely comfortable. The couch is extremely low and needs replacement. Overall the property was spacious enough and upgraded. Pretty ok neighborhood. If I come back home I would stay again if available.

Nice place but noise was unbearable

Our stay myself husband and grown kids 5 total. after long days walking in the city and being beyond tired we came back all 4 nights to what could only be described as a party.there was loud music with bass yelling and what sounded like bowling every night we got ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEP.we are coming home from a trip that was suppose to be relaxing completely EXHAUSTED.so be mindful that there is a Vrbo space they rent out above you so look for single unit for your bookings.

Disappointing. Bathrooms were tiny and 1 toilet seat wasn't attached, bedrms only had a bed, no dresser or nightstand and only one bedroom had a closet. Bedding was just a fitted sheet and duvet, no top sheet. Towels provided were old and thin, no bathmat or hand towels. Kitchen, while updated, had no dishwasher and also no dish rack, dish towels or oven mitts. Only 3 coffee cups. Didn’t get access info til 7pm the night before arrival and only after several inquiries. Instructions for locking door from outside were incorrect and took trial and error to be able to lock door when leaving the house. Never got any check out instructions. Overflowing trash cans at the top of the driveway. Would not stay here again.

Check in process was fine the home was not bad but the couch was terrible, needs a cover, no microwave, Home says 4 bed rooms and the room in the front is not a bedroom it had a couch but no air conditioning. Rooms doesn’t have enough outlets, no TVs and only one room has a closet.

Air conditioning in rooms. Host was friendly. Cleanliness was moderate and the place was not too out dated. We stayed for 7 days, but we went to the store to buy more amenities as we did not know if the host offered more (but we didn’t ask until the end of our trip, for some more bin bags, which they kindly ordered for us). The place was near a lot of shops, and ordering on apps was convenient. It is around 1 hour to get into central New York. We were provided towels on the bed, but not to the amount of the people who stayed. I’d recommend bringing your own towels. Beds were comfy and we had no trouble sleeping. I think the only noise was from upstairs at night, but it didn’t ruin our stay. If you’re planning to cook, there are pots and pans you could use but be wary of the items as it was heavily used and not enough plates and utensils for 7 of us. The 4th room had a broken sofa, we didn’t use that one and one of our guest had to sleep on the sofa which was also worn out (pillows). Please be aware there are no microwaves, you’d have to use the hob & there is a kettle available. The bathroom was both okay sizes but my only recommendation is the water spilling out whenever take a shower, you definitely need a shower mat outside of shower. Overall, we did go out often and used it mostly for sleeping, but if you cook yourselves and plan to stay at the house, make sure you bring enough to make it a comfortable stay, or maybe ask the host as they may accommodate it.
