“Brrakfast was lovely although the pastry selection had vastly diminished within 10 minutes of breakfast opening and didnt get topped up or refreshed. Overall breakfast selection and quality was outstanding and served quickly. Room standard was also very good with lots of room. Friendly hotel and bar staff and would definitely recommend and stay again. Lots of available parking also.”

“Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. I will not be using them again. I can recommend...

“Was given the key to an occupied room so walked in on a half naked lady. Tv aerial defect had to play around to so aerial stayed in tv. Shower amenties poor ”

“Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations.”
