“We enjoyed our stay in Berlin, Md. The location was perfectly located between Assateague Island and OCMD. The house was clean and well maintained. We did have to call to get the unit number and it was a little confusing finding the place at first. The community and amenities were very nice and also well maintained. “This is the perfect place to stay for a family of all ages. There were 3 separate couples including my wife and I and our two year old and we had plenty of space! It was very nice to see the house even included a high chair for our little one. The location is great. The walk to the beach is very short. We took their advice on a lot of places to visit and activities to participate in. STEPS away from the beach was amazing as I saw other guests of OC trekking from far parking. “ Property was clean. Food Lion is right down the street & Walmart isnt too far either for groceries. Outdoor space was my favorite place to relax after the beach/boardwalk. We bought a deck of cards to play. My recommendation is if staying with kids, bring board games. They have Roku tvs in each room and outside but board games would have been fun to play as a family.”

“Not only is this townhome beautifully decorated and with a great layout, it is CLEAN! With multiple children, including an infant, this was a major highlight.
