“The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms were humid and damp, even with the AC on. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Leftovers from a previous guest were found in the refrigerator. The toilet paper holder was no longer attached to the wall so the roll of toilet paper was just sitting on the bathroom vanity. “The welcome was very nice. We stayed 3 nights, none of the days did we get housekeeping to clean our room. Took out our own trash and made our own beds. “Good family hotel, with big rooms and kitchen. the breakfast is very basic and the wifi is very good and stable. the gym is also very nice and well equipped. unfortunately the staff is not changing towels and replanishing the water daily, so you have to bring your own from the room. the pool is small but very well maintained and clean. there is no housekeeping. you have to spend your own time cleaning the bathrooms, changing towels, removing garbage.....”
