Case in affitto a Newland

“We loved the peaceful sound of the creek. Such a relaxing spot. Close to town but without traffic. We even got to watch a fawn running around and playing in the creek. We look forward to returning soon.”

“This wonderful little gem is at the top of the mountain. It’s a great ride up the road to the top of the mountain. The view was wonderful. The house was really a perfect size for just the two of us. It was well stocked with what we needed or wanted. The nice thing was that the owners were right next-door in their house if we needed anything they would’ve come over in a moment. I would highly recommend working with this owner or renting this cabin.”

“The location is super convenient for anyone visiting banner elk or the surrounding area!”

“absolutely beautiful cottage and setting. Great location near hiking trails, restaurants, Banner Elk.”

“Our family (6 adults) stayed just one night and we wished we had had time for a longer stay. The property is even better than described. The historical renovation is perfect and it is well decorated with appropriate antiques. We enjoyed visiting the farm's animals as well as the deer that visited us in the evening. The porch was a hit: we sat on the porch in the dark to watch the fireflies rise and enjoyed it again for early morning coffee. If we had been able to stay another night we would...

“Very charming cabin at the end of a quiet street. We saw lots of deer and turkey while sitting on the porch. The cool mountain air was so enjoyable this time of year. All the windows had screens so we could keep them open. Close to downtown Banner Elk restaurants and everything we came to do on Sugar Mountain. Would recommend. Perfect for kids, ours really liked the game machine.”

“The property was perfect! It was a beautiful house with everything we needed!! Definitely recommend!!!! We will be back!!”
