“Best kept secret in Scotland. Karolyn and Chris were fantastic hosts. We spent 1 night here but wish we had spent the other 9 nights here as well. Beautiful property and most comfortable bedding I’ve had outside my own home (including 4-star hotels). The breakfast was 5-star worthy. Worth the lodging price alone!! I told them they should charge more - I will figure out how to tip them…”

“I spent five days at the lodge. The staff is excellent. Most have been working at the lodge for 20+ years. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom was small but functional. I appreciated being able to open the windows at night for fresh air. The pub is first rate. I strongly suggest having breakfast there. “We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful from check-in to departure, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a good night sleep. Breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was fresh and well presented.
