Arredato in modo confortevole per ospitare fino a 4 persone con un sacco di opzioni per dormire, Nye Stay è il condominio perfetto sull'oceano per coppie, famiglie o amici che viaggiano insieme. Al piano inferiore è una camera da letto privata con bagno privato completo. Un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno ha accesso al bagno ospite completo. The place needs some major cleaning up carpets are dirty baseboards, need painting, and the electronic system to get it out of the door is a disaster

It was an ideal location and property was very nice. We didn’t realize there was an elevator early on so probably just missed that in description. Could be updated/refreshed. . Carpet worn and stained in lower bedroom and stairs. Some of the plugs didn’t work in downstairs bedroom/bathroom. Didn’t like way bannister was made and almost fell going down the first time where the 2 bannisters split. First time staying in loft so upstairs bedroom nosey when Someone downstairs and a little warm We weren’t expecting a window cleaner needing to get in the condo while we were there but my husband read about that possibility from signage after the fact. It was great that they offered movie stations on the tv. . Overall great stay and the views are priceless.

It was a great location to food and beach. Main complaint was they were fixing the condos roof during our stay and this condo is on the top floor. so they woke us up early doing roof construction. Also during the afternoon my wife and I were having alone time upstairs while kids were sleeping. Several roofing workers walked across roof by the large window and could see us. So would have been nice to know that there would be construction right above us during the stay or at least a discounted price.

Very Comfortable and fantastic view

This property is worth every penny. Home was very welcoming. Very spacious, kitchen well equipped. Parking a breeze and the view and location to the beach was perfect. Check in was easy, communication was prompt. Would definitely stay again at this property.

Property was exactly as we expected. Very clean with plenty of amenities. Kitchen was generously stocked with nearly every cooking item you'd ever need. Lots of blankets for the cool nights, and plenty of towels and other necessities. Great location; property is within walking distance from many good restaurants and shops. Quiet at night. The view of the beach was amazing. Communication with property managers couldn't have been better. They promptly answered our questions, and we were well-informed both before and during our stay.

Beachfront

This condo is in a great location. It is walking distance to the shops and restaurants and the BEACH! Everything was as listed in their listing. There were a few downsides and one was parking for only 1 vehicle. Had difficulty finding street parking the first day due to it being a Saturday. When the beach crowds left we were able to move our second vehicle to right outside the gate and just left it there. So this issue did work out for us in the end. Second was the 5 pm checkin. When I first booked I didn’t think this would be a big deal but when it started getting later in the day we were ready to be in our condo relaxing. The cleaning service finished about 4:30 and we were able to get in a bit early and we were happy with this. Third is the condo itself does not have a washer and dryer and there is not one on property for families traveling that may need one. These are very small negatives that were outweighed by the positives. Great beach location/access, beautiful condo and view and it was a peaceful quiet property. Would definitely rent again if we are ever back in this area.

Fabulous, excellent stay!

This was the most wonderful stay for our family during our son’s spring break from OSU.From start to finish, communication was outstanding, clear, friendly, and timely. The condo is in the best location, with the ocean waves rolling in and out just outside the back deck. Restaurants, shops, and a museum are a short walk away. The sunsets are gorgeous, and there is plenty of shoreline for jogging, playing, and walking. We watched several families build sand castles and play fetch with their dogs. The condo is perfectly appointed inside and out. It has everything you need: soft, warm blankets, puzzles, games, beach chairs, little shovels, and buckets for a day on the sand.The decor is very, very nice. The furniture is comfortable and well taken care of, and the condo is immaculately clean.We highly recommend this fantastic rental. We’ll rent again. Thank you for being the perfect hosts.

We love it here! Have been coming once a year for several years. It’s clean, updated and has everything you need. I had to text about a few things that were all user error but the response was immediate and helpful. Centrally located so you don’t need to drive. On the beach too, what a view! Thank you!

Nye Stay

We loved everything about this place. The view from the balcony is amazing. For us, it was a great spot to watch the sunset. The room is exactly as you see in the pictures, very nice accommodations and very well kept. There was only two of us so we had more than enogh room. It's in a great location too. You can park your car and forget about it for days while you explore the town and the beach. Two of our favorite places to eat (Nana's Irish Pub and Nye Beach Cafe) are within easy walking distance. Local Ocean is another favorite of ours and is less than a ten minute drive away. I will highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Lovely Little Condo with a Great View!

The condo was very comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect size and set up for our needs. It was very clean and I appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out. The view cannot be beat nor can the location as it's close to all Nye Beach has to offer. We will definitely stay here again!
