But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. “Upon check in.. we received a comment about lack of communication from Expedia's side towards hotel.. none the less.. our rooms were not ready at check nor were they ready until close to 7 pm!! Lack of communication from staff regarding who would bring linen/ towels. .. to our rooms... come to find out it was no one.. we had to go get our own.. we had stayed here previously a few yrs ago but was nothing like this... like the staff and lack of attentiveness or basic knowledge to give us as to...

“Front desk guys were rude. No elevators i had my cart ,told them I have cancer and a bad back how am I gonna get the cart upstairs and they shrugged their shoulders. Do rude. They soldered the bathtub stopper so u can't pull it up or down and take a bath, only a shower. The washer destroyed my clothes and stole 8$ of my quarters and they said they had nothing to do with the washer and dryer! And pool was about the size of a kiddy pool. Not worth the price. That's ridiculous and they lied ,they...

“Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Pool area was great! Pool is small. Room was great. Be careful of the 2nd floor. The hall is open to first floor and it can be noisy as a result. Place was very clean and had a great vibe.”

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
