“Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call.
Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They always kept the rooms, nice and clean, and Rosanna was there to make us breakfast...

“We had a courtyard room and yet it was one of my most quiet hotel experiences. Plenty of safety measures for the pool so we felt confident letting our little one play on the playground and mini golf without hovering. Heavy doors separate the courtyard and rest of hotel so I never felt afraid of my child bolting into something dangerous. Poolside bar was closed but the restaurant food was amazing. Front desk staff was consistently helpful without being intrusive.

“Check in process was very easy, we received instructions via a msg on the hotels.com platform with the address/unit, access code and wifi. I would prefer a text or at least text notification because unless you have the app installed you don’t get notified (only email saying you have one unread msg on the platform).
