“An average motel. Good for short stays, also has a pool which is not a bad thing if you spend time here during summer.”

“The hotel in general is dated. They charge 25$ per night for parking, with signs posted everywhere they are not responsible for vehicles in parking lot. Parking sucks and your lucky if you get a space if an event in going on. I watched some person attempting to break into all vehicles in parking lot. Front desk was called and nothing was done. They never send security out or anything, we just watched a person attempt to break into everyone’s vehicle. Nightly”

“Hiccups aside, the staff has been helpful and friendly. The place could use some cosmetic work but overall, it has an identity of its own. It is near a lot of things, so location is on their side. This is my second time in this hotel, and I have always enjoyed my stay. Friendly and helpful staff is the key!”

“Expedia did not mention about $20 for parking which is a ripoff and $15 for resort maintenance fee. I feel$35-45 is not worth for this type of hotel which is far from the falls.”

“Yes parking was safe and free to park. Air conditioning work fine, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and warm, BBQ on site to use. Fridge and microwave in room was clean and easy to use. Would gladly stay here again in the future. Affordable pice!!”

“Rooms were OK. Stayed in #344 and #345. We rented two rooms and they were mediocre. Items were missing from 1 room...microwave, towels and soap. Toilet paper missing from the other room. All beds in both rooms had dirty sheets and crumbs under the flat sheet. Floors and bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Wallpaper in both rooms held up by staples. AC in one room was a household AC unit taped into a hole in the wall. The pool was dirty and rusted. No towels. Breakfast was very good. Our...

“I am disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not match the photos shown online, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The wash basin had yellow stains, and the couch bedsheet had visible stains and marks. I have photographs of these issues and can provide them if required. Given the poor condition of the room and the difference between the advertised and actual accommodation, I believe the stay did not provide value for money.”
